Ray is originally from New Jersey where he received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. In 1984, he moved to San Diego and discovered southwest architecture and the beautiful Pacific coastline. After 7 years, Ray relocated to the heart of Tampa and lived in Historic Hyde Park Village along Bayshore Blvd. For him, living on or close to the water has always been a blessing. From the northeast to the southwest, and then to the west coast of Florida, he had the wonderful opportunity to appreciate the diverse architecture of million-dollar homes.
Real estate investments, architecture, and remodeling properties of opportunity were my hobby. In 2001, he applied these skills and began real estate development in Beautiful Bonita Springs, Florida on a full-time basis. As an engineer and project manager, he focused his passion on the design and construction of Luxury Waterfront Residences. In collaboration with some of the area's finest architects, designers, and builders, they delivered outstanding products and true value to new homeowners.
