My family is currently in the process of working with Ray for the 2nd time in the past 5 years. When it came time to sell the house Ray helped us move into a few years back, there was never any doubt about who we would reach out to. Our prior interaction with Ray was as first time buyers and this time around we are first time sellers. Both of those scenarios have resulted in countless questions and Ray has always been patient, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Ray has done a fantastic job helping us understand and navigate the process, and has done so in one of the most competitive and difficult housing markets in the country.
