Ray was our agent when we bought our condominium. He was sensitive to our scheduling needs, and very responsive when we wanted to look at multiple locations. He arranged all viewings initially for us to occur over one afternoon, and based on what we were looking for, suggested a couple more possibilities. His valuation of the property we ultimately purchased was spot-on, which allowed us to make a competitive offer. I would use Ray again in the future.
