About Ray

My name is Ray Logan, Owner and Principal Associate Broker of Ray Logan Real Estate LLC, and I've listed and sold homes in Mid and Eastern Michigan for 25+ years. As an added benefit for not only my clients, but other agents as well, I became a Mortgage Loan Originator serving both the QM and Non QM market.

I became a mortgage loan originator because I grew tired of seeing buyers, (many who were borderline qualified and/or self employed) walk away from homes they wanted to finance but their lender turned away. This not only affected me, but realtors, buyers and home sellers all over the country. Is it easy? No. If it were, more agents would do the same. Is it hard? You bet! My background has been investigated by the FBI as I deal with the lending of money, and it opens a new set of problems and issues needing to be addressed in order to help buyers by, and sellers sell.
