Allow me to introduce myself. I am Ray, and I want to be your real estate agent for life. I'm an Atlantic City resident, but was born and raised on the tight-knit streets of South Philly. I know the value of home, family, neighbors and community, and bring those values with me into my real estate experience. I'm in my 8th year as a Realtor (r) but over 35 years of experience in sales, client service, fiduciary responsibility, management and marketing that I rely on to connect with my clients and ensure the outcomes they expect and deserve.

Navigating the modern reality of “need it now”, balanced with a long history of traditional people skills, "answer the phone", and informed negotiation, I deliver results from our first meeting to a successful closing, and well beyond.

I am a father of five amazing adult children, and grandfather to three adorable grandkids (with a fourth on the way in early 2026). I'm a runner, cyclist, and triathlete, and when not assisting my real estate clients or doting over my grandkids, you'll likely find me relaxing on the Atlantic City beach, after a run, ride or swim.
