As a Washington, DC native and longtime Howard County, MD resident, Ray McCree is passionate about guiding clients through the buying and selling process with confidence. Having raised his family in the area, he offers a deep understanding of the local market and the qualities that make both DC and Maryland exceptional places to live, work, and invest.

Ray is committed to educating and empowering his clients, guiding them through key strategies to achieve their real estate and investment goals. With over 25 years of experience in administration and relationship management in Maryland’s higher education sector, Ray brings a strong background in strategic planning, negotiation, and client advocacy. He has also served on multiple nonprofit boards and advisory committees focused on community revitalization, youth leadership, and educational advancement. His involvement includes organizations such as Central Scholarship, the Elijah Cummings Youth Program in Israel, Strong City Baltimore, The Valedictorian Project, Young Men with Power, and the BGE Community Advisory Committee.

Ray holds degrees from The Johns Hopkins University, Carey Business School, and North Carolina State University and proudly serves buyers and sellers across Howard County, Central Maryland, and the Washington Metro area.
