He has also served on multiple nonprofit boards and advisory committees focused on community revitalization, youth leadership, and educational advancement. His involvement includes organizations such as Central Scholarship, the Elijah Cummings Youth Program in Israel, Strong City Baltimore, The Valedictorian Project, Young Men with Power, and the BGE Community Advisory Committee.
Ray holds degrees from The Johns Hopkins University, Carey Business School, and North Carolina State University and proudly serves buyers and sellers across Howard County, Central Maryland, and the Washington Metro area.
