Ray Oczak

Ray has 20 years of solid experience working in the South and Southwest Suburbs of Chicago - I-55, I-80 and I-57 Corridors. His primary focus is land sales and industrial brokerage. He has assisted developers on several new business parks, providing a full scope of services; finding the land, assembling the land, working on build-to-suits and leasing inventory buildings. Ray is an active member of the Chicago SIOR and CCIM Chapters.
