Ray is a lifelong Tampa native who has proudly called Wesley Chapel home for the past 20 years, where he lives with his wife and their two children. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in Economics from the University of South Florida, giving him a strong foundation in negotiation, pricing strategy, and market analysis.
Ray is an active member of the National Association of Realtors®, Stellar MLS, and the Suncoast Tampa Association of Realtors®. He has earned multiple brokerage awards for performance and sales volume and holds several professional designations, including VA Loan Certified, Accredited Buyer Representative® (ABR®), and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) through the National Association of Realtors®.

Outside of real estate, Ray enjoys coaching his son’s soccer team, watching his daughter’s ballet classes, and spending quality time with his wife of over 12 years. When he finds a free moment, you’ll likely find him on the golf course—working to shave a stroke off his score one swing at a time.
