I reached out to Ray Podesta to sell my families house due to moving to Fort Wayne, IN. He scheduled a meeting with me within two days of reaching out. He walked us through the entire process and showed us exactly how we should price the house and why. He also showed us what to fix and what to leave alone. The process was easy and enjoyable. Ray Podesta is the number one real estate agent in the Indianapolis/south side area! On the buying side, Ray was always willing to meet with us as soon as possible and knew exactly what would help our offers stand out above the competition and how to pitch us to the sellers. Even if we didn’t have the highest offer, Ray was able to convince the sellers to give us a chance! He was also very patient, even when we changed our minds and backed out last minute, and we never felt like burdens. His response time is unmatched and his professional expertise is top-notch. Ray is willing to go above and beyond and do things out of the norm to find his clients the perfect house that fits their needs. We are very grateful for him!

For the selling side, Ray knew exactly how to price our home for multiple offers within a couple of days and strategized an offer 20k over asking! Amazing! There truly aren't enough words to describe how thankful we are to have found Ray. My husband and I had been looking for a new home for our family for far too long in this crazy market - insert Ray. He showed us a handful of homes before we found the place of our dreams! We thought we would never have a shot at getting it (considering the house had 50+ showings in the first day or two on the market), but Ray made it happen!!! We are now on week two living in our dream home and are still on cloud nine, all thanks to Ray.

Exactly who you want in a realtor. We met Ray by happenstance when we walked into an open house for a home that interested us early in the stages of our home buying journey, and we are so lucky and grateful that we did!
