Ray Prendes brings nearly three decades of experience in commercial real estate sales, acquisitions, leasing, and development to his role as broker of record and owner with CRES of Florida in the Tampa area. A student of the industry, he has expertise in all elements of commercial real estate.

Ray began his career in 1992 when he worked privately for a real estate investor performing site selection throughout the state of Florida. This nurtured his understanding of Florida commercial real estate markets. From that early position, he was promoted to buying and selling real estate for a private investor.

Ray’s approach to commercial real estate begins with an understanding of the area’s business community and practices. His extensive knowledge of the greater Tampa area has been the focus of his career. His expertise includes the resale and leasing of office space, commercial, and industrial buildings, vacant land investments and commercial development.
