Raymond Bolduc

Raymond H. Bolduc II is a founding realtor of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty and a specialist in ultra-luxury, waterfront residences and Penthouses in Miami and the Beaches. A member of the prestigious Master Broker’s Forum, Mr. Bolduc takes emotional equity in his properties and the representation of his clients. Mr. Bolduc sold, among multiple record sales, a $20,000,000 waterfront estate on North Bay Road, Miami Beach. He won the 2015 Award for Innovative Marketing in Real Estate from the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce and sold a Pinetree Drive waterfront villa to Floyd Mayweather.

Mr. Bolduc utilizes leading edge and creative presentation, marketing, and penetration tools. Mr. Bolduc brings event driven approaches to luxury property marketing including, the use of major charity benefits, mega yacht property tours, seminars, and historical presentations to showcase spectacular properties to qualified buyers in sophisticated, staged social settings.

Mr. Bolduc brings a seasoned management approach to ONE Sotheby’s and its clients, from a 25-year career in luxury residential sales, marketing, and strategic planning consulting. Mr. Bolduc previously served as the Chief Operating Officer of SOL Sotheby’s Realty and as Director of Preconstruction Sales for the largest independent Brokerage in South Florida. Mr. Bolduc focuses on identifying and creating value for ONE Sotheby’s clients under continually changing market environments. He is a global insider, who travels internationally for marketing and client development. Mr. Bolduc holds bachelor’s and master’s Degrees in Business from Rutgers and Northeastern Universities.

Prior senior management roles include Business Planning Consultant for the world’s first consulting firm (The Arthur D. Little Company), Director of Operations (American Express – Latin America) and Director of Planning for the $500 million commercial real estate syndication firm (First Capital Financial Corp).

Born in Boston, Mr. Bolduc has lived and worked in Europe, Latin America, the Far East, and Africa and is bilingual in Spanish. Mr. Bolduc resides on Miami’s waterfront where he and his wife Ana celebrate Miami’s emergence into a global destination. Mr. Bolduc’s passions include Fitness Training, Abstract Expressionist & Asian Art, Kendo (the Japanese Art of the Samurai) and his Real Estate Practice.
