Raynard Sands

Tracy worked to get her Real Estate license in 2005 and was one of the few agents able to withstand the 2008 market crash that devastated Real Estate all over the country. Raynard earned his license in 2016 to help Tracy with her thriving business and provide a legacy to leave their grandchildren. The Sands work together both as buying and selling agents to best serve their clients needs. Tracy and Ray soon realized that they needed more face to face time with their ever-growing list of clients. In an effort to expanded the team and help more families, the Sands hired an administrative assistant.
