If you are looking for a great caring realtor, you need to contact Rebecca Platt. She helps you to find your dream home by asking about your wants and needs, but also makes sure it just the right extra editions for you.
After 5 viewings, we would change our expectations and she would lead us to another home.
After 5 viewings, she showed us to the house in our visions. Just the right size, the right curb appeal, and the perfect cooking prep island for my husband. There was no questions about it, we knew it would be our forever home.
Rebecca has sense of caring by listening to your needs and a sense of yearning of wanting to please her customers.
Give her a try, you will be surprised. We sure were. And now we are making plans for the big move.

Rebecca was god sent! Went through several realtors and properties and we found Rebecca, she flipped a nightmare on finding our first home to a dream. We were able to close on a home as first time home buyers in 24 days and it wouldn’t have been possible without Rebecca. She stayed on top of the title company and lender making sure everything was getting done. My wife and I cannot thank her enough.

I can’t believe we’re finally here! Rebecca was a true gift through the whole process.
Some people might say “she went the extra mile.” I say she ran a marathon!
Not only did she facilitate the purchase of our new home, but helped us navigate Arkansas requirements for new residents. She had answers to the multitude of questions we asked - and we had many. Rebecca was the best! She went above and beyond and babysat the title company in CA the whole way. If it were not for her myself and my two dogs would have had to wait another three days for the funding in order for the escrow to close. Not only is she passionate, but she followed up with myself a couple of days after the close. I moved fom CA to Arkansas, and she went way above and beyond. We want to thank Rebecca Platt for helping make an unpleasant experience pleasant, successful, and above and beyond expectation in every detail was covered completely!
She helped us relax and feel comfortable about moving from Texas to Arkansas!
She was professional in every area. There was never a problem she didn’t find a solution immediately!
Rebecca’s pleasant kind and accommodating personality overflows to her clients .
She was fun, patient and eager to help in anyway . When we closed on the house, she worked with a furniture store to have a bed placed in our new home before we arrived complete with mattress, box springs and frame. Rebecca also worked with us and an appliance store to have a refrigerator which we desperately needed to be delivered to our new home before we arrived.. she constantly and patiently worked with us to represent her real estate agency in a professional way. She taught each of us to be aware of what our responsibility for the day was, and made sure that we knew it and completed it so many steps to buying a home from another state. She helped arrange a courtesy closing as well in Texas which made it so much easier! She was responsible for getting every little detail taken care of following up on the punchlist items. We were so pleased Rebecca also had a beautiful peace lily plant and card placed on our island in the kitchen to welcome us. Can’t wait to get to know this kind and professional real estate person better she is the best.
