Since beginning my real estate career in 2003, I’ve had the opportunity to experience nearly every side of the industry — from loan processing, title and escrow, and trust accounting to administration, sales, and management. Before making Lincoln home, I served as Sarpy County Managing Broker for Nebraska Realty for seven years, where I had the privilege of leading and supporting a team of 150 agents.
Today, I’m proud to work alongside my husband, Bob Wayne, as part of the Bob Wayne Realty Group. Together, we specialize in new construction in the Lincoln area, working closely with builders, buyers, and sellers throughout every stage of the process. I especially enjoy bringing my years of real estate experience, attention to detail, and market knowledge to new construction — helping clients navigate everything from choosing the right home and community to understanding value, market positioning, and the details that make a home stand out.
For me, real estate has always been about more than the transaction. I believe clients deserve knowledgeable guidance, honest communication, and an advocate who genuinely cares about helping them make confident decisions.
Outside of real estate, Bob and I are grateful for the time we spend with our two adult sons. Family is an important part of our lives, whether we’re gathering for our weekly dinners, hiking together, or traveling and making new memories as a family.
