Reed is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with deep roots in the Louisville, Kentucky market and plays a key role in the Capital Markets, Investment Sales, and Multifamily platforms of Colliers’ Louisville office. He represents buyers and sellers of owner-occupant properties and advises landlords and tenants on commercial lease transactions. Reed’s expertise spans all geographic areas of the market and encompasses the full spectrum of commercial real estate asset classes, including apartment properties, raw land, office buildings, retail centers, and industrial facilities. He is known for his strong negotiating skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a highly responsive, communicative approach that ensures clients are well-informed and confidently represented throughout every phase of a transaction.
A lifelong Louisvillian, Reed is widely recognized for his leadership within both the real estate industry and the broader community. He has been honored twice as Multifamily Broker of the Year by the Kentucky Commercial Real Estate Alliance (KCREA) and is a 2015 inductee into the Midwest Commercial Real Estate Journal’s Hall of Fame. Deeply committed to civic involvement, Reed serves on the Board of Trustees of The Jewish Heritage Fund, one of Louisville’s largest charitable foundations, and is Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees for The Meredith-Dunn School, an independent school dedicated to serving children with learning differences.
