Reem sincerely deserves 5 stars. We moved to VA from New England and not familiar with the area. She was extremely attentive to our needs, well versed in the marketplace, and astute in pointing out the pros and cons of each home we visited. And, she is very personable person and a pleasure to work with. Ver quickly, my wife and I felt that Reem had our interest at heart and was someone we could trust.

Reem assisted us this summer with the purchase of our investment property and with listing and finding a tenant for the property. She is very knowledgeable in what she does- you can tell she has years of experience in real estate transactions and whether it’s looking for imperfections during walk through before closing or policies and procedures for certain provisions of the rent, she is on top of it. She also doesn’t hold back, is aggressive when needed to your benefit and has been very professional and friendly at the same time. We will use Reem during our time in Northern Virginia.

We have bought and sold several houses, and Reem has (by far) been the best Agent we have worked with. From the very first consultation, Reem was attentive and patient and promptly addressed all of our questions and concerns. We are so impressed with her knowledge and she provided us with options to ensure the best return on our investment. We decided to make the improvements she suggested, some of which we were able to handle ourselves, and others we hired the contractor she recommended. We also opted to stage our home and were very impressed with the outcome! In less than 2 days of being on the market, we were under contract at a sale price thousands of dollars over our initial expectations, with a three week close, and with additional conditions that we were hoping for. Then, at closing, her attention to detail proved invaluable when she discovered an error that the Title company had made in the ALTA, saving us nearly $3000! We highly recommend Reem and will definitely be asking her to represent us again in the future!
