About Reena

Reena became a licensed salesperson in real estate in 1985 and subsequently has over 37 years of experience in the real estate business. She honed her skills and acquired valuable knowledge and several designations.

After becoming an Associate Broker in 1992, she was a recipient of numerous awards-in 1999 was named the #2 Top Agent in Nassau, Suffolk and Queens at Century 21 American Homes! In 2010 Reena won the Referral Leader award at Daniel Gale Sotheby's! From 2013 through 2022 she has won awards every year. In 2022 she won an award as the best team player of the Syosset Douglas Elliman office who is like a family to her.

Being fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi and having a strong working knowledge of Spanish and French, this has enabled her to work capably with an international pool of customers that are attracted to Douglas Elliman Real Estate.

Reena's primary goal, as a “hands on" professional, is to offer top level service to both buyers and sellers. Reena was born in Mumbai (Bombay), India and came to the United States when she was 11. She attended junior high and high school in Connellsville, PA. After earning a BA degree in Sociology from Penn State University she moved to New York City in 1979. Reena and her husband bought their first home in East Meadow in 1980, and eventually put down their roots in Muttontown in 1988 where they raised two kids who attended much acclaimed Jericho School District. When the kids went to New York University, Cornell and UNC at Chapel Hill, Reena and her husband and her mom downsized to a condo in Syosset, NY. After 5 Years, she moved into beautiful new development called Country Pointe at Plainview.
