I am a full-time licensed Real Estate Agent and the Broker of Record, primarily servicing

Howard, Baltimore, Anne Arundel, Montgomery, and Prince George’s Counties. I am a

Certified Distressed Properties (REO, Foreclosure, and Short Sale) Consultant. I also work

with first-time buyers, sellers looking to downsize, other clients moving to larger homes, and

clients that are relocating. Licensed in 2009, I came to the Real Estate business as a second

career, having spent the previous 32 years in retail store sales, I am very familiar with the

importance of providing superior, consistent, and knowledgeable service to all of my

customers. I have been a resident of Howard County for over 40 years and have been witness

to the success of the vision that James Rouse had for a planned community suited to serve

both culturally and economically diverse citizens. I have found that one of the most enlightening

aspects of being a Real Estate Agent is getting to discover the history of many of the older

neighborhoods and getting to meet people of many different cultures that I would not have met

otherwise. My passion is now and always will be to provide all of my clients with the same

professional, honorable and caring service that I expect to get when I am a client.

Reginald Duckett is a great and knowledgeable real estate agent. My family and I enjoyed working with him. He helped us purchase homes and sell a property as well. He is patient, dependable, and readily available to answer any questions. He is timely in responding which was important to ensuring a smooth process. Anytime we wanted to tour homes, Reginald was very accommodating and flexible with our schedules. He puts customers first. He has a pleasant personality and works hard for his clients. It was great working with Mr. Duckett on selling and buying a new home. It was overwhelming at times but he hung in there, gave me advice and made suggestions that were beneficial. He also followed up with me after the purchase to make sure I was settled in.
