Prior to working in real estate, I worked 20 years in corporate retail sales, gaining recognition and accolades for my ability to consistently consummate and increase volume. Those skills have transferred to my real estate career, having sold over 200 homes and ranking as a top sales agent on multiple occasions with my former Keller Williams and Kitchell Group offices. For my sellers, I will recommend inexpensive improvements to capitalize your return, stage your home, use professional photography, strategically price your home based on market conditions, negotiate offers and inspection issues. I will meet the appraiser and use comparable sales, market trends and a list of home owner improvements to justify the value resulting in a higher sale price for your listing.

I also have experience and certifications as a Military Relocation Specialist, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Senior Real Estate Specialist and New Home Co-Broker. I strive to obtain the highest sale price for your home or what you want and expect from your new home purchase. I have negotiated and advocated for hundreds of clients over the years, and my dedication to my clients is evident in all I do.

Having resided in this area since 1986, I have a wealth of knowledge about schools, neighborhoods, restaurants, sports, and activities available for all members of your family. My community involvement and membership in professional organizations play an important role in my success as a realtor. I am an active member of the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, and continue to be involved in the Gamma Phi Beta Alumni Association, Alonso High School Booster Club, Florida Jeep Girl and Metropolitan Ministries.

I have been married for 25 years and we are a house divided FSU/UF. We have a beautiful daughter who is 17 and a senior at Alonso High School. She plays flag football, soccer and volleyball. I am a Florida State alum, Go Noles and love living in Champa Bay!!! We love our Bucs, Rays and Lightning! My interests include cooking, boating, snorkeling, diving, snow skiing, tubing, cruising and attending all of our daughter’s athletic events.
