Renee DeGroat

Renée DeGroat is Real Estate Associate Broker and her primary role is to focus on the commercial real estate listings of TEAM R.J. Renée works directly with R.J. Smith, John Lavelle, and Dennis Gillespie in coordinating the listing process and marketing activities for commercial real estate, which includes preparing detailed property information packets and facilitating all e-marketing efforts. In addition to a wide range of activities, she prepares all presentation materials which are utilized in the site selection process for prospective purchasers and cooperating brokers.
