Renee Engelen

Renee Engelen, CHA, BPOR is the Managing Broker of HRH Real Estate Services; providers of concierge management of real estate portfolios. She brings her extensive past experience as a small business owner, manager, and landlord as well as her skills in licensing and contracts negotiation, to her clients. Her years in planning, building, operating, buying and selling firms and real estate has given her an unique insight into the needs, problems, issues and motivations of entrepreneurs, investors and business professionals who are looking for qualified representation in negotiating transactions, real estate and business consulting.
Her experience is the basis of her ability to put the right people together and to structure and facilitate transactions that serves the needs of her clients. Renee is active in her community and has sat on the Board of Directors for various business and charitable organizations. Currently she sits on the Board of Directors for PPMA-SF, a professional management association and holds positions with CAA where she is working to standardize the practices of professional managers.
