With nearly three decades of expertise in commercial real estate, Renee’ Landes is a recognized leader in the sales and leasing of industrial, office,and retail properties across the Tampa Bay area. Her market knowledge, strategic insight, and personalized approach have positioned her as a trusted advisor for customers navigating the ever-evolving commercial real estate
landscape.
In addition, Renee’ brings valuable experience in the acquisition, investment, and development of vacant land throughout the Greater Tampa Bay region. Her dedication to excellence and commitment to delivering results have consistently earned her a respected reputation among
customers and industry peers alike.
Renee holds two of the industry’s most prestigious professional designations: the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from the Commercial Real Estate Institute, and the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) from the Realtors Land Institute—both signifying the highest levels of expertise and professionalism in the field.

Known for her follow-through, attention to detail, and proactive communication, Renee’ delivers a
customer experience defined by professionalism, integrity, and results. She works closely with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors—offering strategic pricing insight, market intelligence, and hands-on guidance at every stage of the transaction.
Beyond her professional success, Renee’ is deeply engaged in community service. She has served as Board Chair of the North Pinellas YMCA, contributed to the Warrick Dunn Foundation’s Homes for the Holidays. Her contributions earned her recognition as Volunteer of the Year by the North Pinellas YMCA. Renee’ is also the current Chapter President of BNI Champions, a business networking group.
Renee’ lives in St. Petersburg with her husband Ray, a retired St. Petersburg Fire Captain, and enjoys
visiting their daughter Katie in Los Angeles. When she’s not working, Renee takes full advantage of
Florida’s lifestyle and remains actively involved in the community she proudly serves.
