Renee was excellent at educating, supporting, and making professional recommendations regarding the market and in addressing my needs. My initial call to Renee Royall, was to ask about one particular home listing that she had posted for her team, the Royall Simons Group. After just 5 minutes into our conversation, I knew that we had finally found the perfect realtor! It was a Friday afternoon and Renee spent more than 2 hours on the phone with my husband and I to discuss the market and real estate listings. She even took us on a virtual tour - that same night - of the house that caught my eye and put us in touch with Renee. We bought plane tickets and flew into Columbia one week later.
Renee and her partner, Eric, had set aside 4 full days to show us homes! Before we set foot on SC soil, Renee and Eric listened closely to our needs, scoured the homes that we might like and developed a working plan to meet our expectations. As a result, they Exceeded All Expectations!! They know the area, they know the homes (or preview them) and they maintain solid relationships with other agents. We were giving feedback in our journey and Renee and Eric always listened to what we wanted in a home.
We have bought and sold many homes over the past three decades, but never experienced the superior level of customer service shown by the team of Renee and Eric. We ended up finding our dream home, submitted an offer and had a contract by the time we left! We would highly recommend Renee Royall and Eric Simmons at Keller Williams to anybody searching for a home in the Columbia area.
