Renee Seals is the MVP of 2021 for me. Renee worked miracles during every step of the process to sell my home for the maximum price possible. Her efforts were beyond typical, more like extraordinary. She took the time to guide me through the process and never balked at my inexperience and onslaught of questions regarding my role as the seller. Renee was patient, kind and compassionate. She really has a heart for people and the patience of Job!

As a senior citizen, I had so much anxiety and stress regarding leaving my home of 20+ years and conducting showings during a pandemic. Renee was supportive and reassuring at every turn but also provided insight into the industry's best practices, even when I attempted to operate on outdated norms and standards from my prime. From the first phone call, Renee Seals was professional, knowledgeable, personable and caring. She provided stellar advice and staging. The photographer she worked with showed our house at its very best. Her signage is easy to read and easy to see. She held an open house and our house was under contract within 24 hours of being listed. She kept us informed every step of the way from listing, to the offer, to the closing. This is the fourth house we have sold in seventeen years. Each of the other 3 sales had other agents and had some problems. Renee's attention to detail made this sale seamless. She truly cared about us as individuals not just as a means to a check.
