I have a total of seven years experience as a REALTOR® and have lived and owned property in three major SC regions: the Lowcountry, Midlands, and Upstate.

I was born and raised in historic Charleston, graduated from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, and explored many mountain trails in Greenville. From the beaches near Charleston to the rivers of Columbia, to the mountains of Greenville, I have played in them all.

Renee is great! She sent us updates each week on the feed back she got from our house showings. Plus she shared info on any new listings in our neighborhood. Best of all, she knew how to market our home to get it sold!

My husband Billy and I had a couple of challenges in finding the right home for us in Columbia. We needed a home with the master bedroom downstairs. Also we needed a private backyard where we could have a gunite kidney-shaped pool built. Renee listened. She showed us homes that were in our budget range and didn't show us homes that did not have the downstair master bedroom or homes lacking the privacy we sought for our pool. Once she found the right one, she negotiated the price of the home. She was personable and professional. She presented herself as likeable but there for her client. We now own our home, enjoy our private backyard and pool, and our master bedroom has a walk-in closet and Jack & Jill bathroom with a tub and a separate shower. There are many other features that we love. If we ever want to buy another home, Renee Zeide will be our realtor.
