Rex Hunter with Weichert Realtors is an amazing Real Estate Agent. He represented me and my husband as the buyers during the purchase of our new home and was incredibly professional and responsive to our needs. In fact, he worked harder than the seller’s agent to follow up on obtaining whatever information was needed or ensuring certain tasks were completed that are typically the seller’s agent’s responsibility to help us get our deal done. Without his diligent help and follow through I know for a fact we would never have made it to closing! We are incredibly grateful. We highly recommend Rex if you are looking for a great five star agent to assist you in the home buying process!! -Happy Homeowner

We used Rex for both buying and selling for our first home in Orlando. He is super responsive and goes well above and beyond throughout the whole process! Very knowledgeable of the greater Orlando/Kissimmee area! He made both times we used him super easy and painless! Rex is the absolute BEST realtor there is. He helped both my mother and I with a purchase and a sale of houses throughout the years. Rex is very responsive and gets work done quick. Any question you ask he will promptly answer. If something needs to be set up- Rex is on it. He is super knowledgeable, trustworthy, and has a fun personality for an added bonus. Every time I’ve met with him has enjoyable. He took all of the stress out of both the home buying and selling process. I’d love to move over and over again just to keep using Rex! We originally met Rex at an open house we happen to come upon while driving home one Saturday/ Sunday afternoon. After our first meeting he was the ONLY realtor who kept in touch with us via almost daily emails with homes on the market we might be interested in. When our rental lease was coming for resigning, a significant rent increase, and the assigned Realtor from the VA who didn't respond to our messages, I called Rex who had homes lined up to view immediately! Rex was always (and still is) available for us responding quickly even if he didn't have the answer right then. We found our home shortly, was able to get out of our rental and made a new member of our family!
Truly, Rex is great and will be referring when able!

As out of state sellers, I spoke with a few realtors in the area. Once I spoke with Rex and Daisy, I knew whom I immediately wanted to work with.

Rex and Daisy were rockstars in facilitating the sale of our property. They were able to facilitate the necessary touch-ups, showings, and execution of sale for us and were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We got minimal work done, and were able to sell for thousands more than we were quoted for by other realtors in the area.

Rex was wonderful! I must admit my husband and I were a bit picky and probably drove Rex crazy but he never showed it! He spent many hours with us looking for our perfect place to call home. If he couldn't be available when we called to see a house the same day, he worked it out so someone from his office would make it happen! I strongly recommend him, he will not let you down.

We sold our house with Rex. He is a very hard worker, and will go above and beyond to ensure the process is as smooth as possible. Very flexible with times and very responsive. We were relocating and already moved 750 miles from the house and Rex came to the house to let people in to complete some work the buyers required and lock up after the fact. A true Professional.
