About Rey

In 2016, Rey took a leap of faith and changed careers to become a real estate agent. He had a challenging first few years as he ramped up his new career, but he was fortunate to have the support of his partner, friends, and family. Rey was a natural fit for him, as he had been involved in investing, flipping, and renting properties since he moved to Orlando after graduating from UF in 1989. His prior career and real estate background make him uniquely qualified to guide his customers through the process mindfully and with less stress.
Rey believes that doing what you love is not work, and he loves this business and what he can do to help others achieve their real estate dreams and investment goals with ease and grace. He is a strong believer in using his intuition to guide his clients throughout the process and as an advantage in negotiations to secure the best deal possible. With his corporate background and expert training, he knows how to make sense of the details and navigate any obstacles that come up. He has over two decades of real estate investment experience and knows how to spot a good property from a bad one.
In addition to his real estate work, the professional enjoys spending time in Daytona Beach, gardening, cooking, traveling, and spending time with his cat and dog. He has a motto of "helping friends and making friends through real estate" and continues his relationship with all his customers long after the transactions are closed.
