I'm Ricardo Garcia, Team Lead and REALTOR® with Properties Colorado at Keller Williams Preferred Realty, helping buyers, sellers, investors, and relocating clients throughout Northern Colorado, including Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Greeley, and surrounding communities.
Real estate is more than a profession for me—it's a family business built around relationships, service, and helping people make confident decisions about their future.
My mother, Rain Garcia, founded our family real estate business in 2015. Before joining her, I spent nearly nine years teaching martial arts, where I developed a passion for teaching, listening, building relationships, and helping people grow. I eventually brought those skills into real estate to help build a family business that could serve our clients for generations.
As I gained experience as an agent, I also began developing systems, technology, marketing, and processes to strengthen our client experience. In 2024, Rain and I formalized that natural transition, and I became Team Lead of Properties Colorado.
Northern Colorado became home years before it became my real estate market. After growing up in the Thornton area, I moved to Fort Collins as a young adult and fell in love with the area's combination of open space, outdoor access, city conveniences, agricultural roots, and small-town character.
My goal isn't simply to get you through a transaction. I want to become a trusted real estate advisor you can rely on long after closing. Clients describe me as knowledgeable, authentic, friendly, and attentive. I believe good advice starts with listening, understanding what you're trying to accomplish, explaining your options clearly, and putting your interests ahead of simply getting a deal done.
I also believe a good advisor knows when to bring in additional expertise. When a situation calls for specialized knowledge outside my own, I work to connect my clients with qualified professionals who can help us find the right answer.
My years teaching martial arts still influence how I serve clients today: listen carefully, explain complicated ideas clearly, adapt to the person in front of me, and help them develop confidence while navigating something unfamiliar.
