Over the course of my career in Southern California real estate, I’ve had the privilege of building and leading teams that have closed more than 10,000 transactions, representing over $10 billion in total sales volume. Along the way, I’ve trained and mentored more than 1,000 agents—many of whom have gone on to build highly successful businesses of their own.
