Rich and his team were all wonderful to work with. They made the process of selling my home quick and easy! They put in the extra work to make the house look it’s best, as well as taking wonderful pictures and videos that can be taken with as memories from our house. He was very friendly and approachable, and felt like I can reach out about any questions and concerns and know he would help me understand. Having Rich navigate us through our home buying process was great! The market is very hot here in WA and Rich went above and beyond to stay current on places that met our criteria. We had specific things we were looking for in our next home, so he was sure to make note and promptly send us any listings that matched. For awhile there, we were scouting homes with him almost every weekend. For the home we actually ended up purchasing, we were lucky enough to get in to see it before it had it's Open House. With Rich's guidance and expertise, he pulled out all the stops and managed to get us an offer written/submitted same day of seeing the place and by some miracle was able to get the Sellers to accept our offer prior to having the Open House! Simply said, we couldn't have done it without Rich's help and would highly recommend his services for your home buying needs.

Rich is very personal and easy to work with as a realtor. Rich helped us every step of the way and made house hunting a very fun process. He made him self available at all hours and was responsive promptly. Rich not only helped us find a house but, helped us choosing the right resources within the reality community such as lenders. He is well known and has a great reputation and other companies love to work with him which is a bonus when using a lender. Rich is very genuine and wants the best for you. When buying a house we never felt pressure and we always knew Rich had our best interest. To top everything off he knows all the ends and outs. I will not hesitate to use Rich as my top choice again on future purchases.

Rich McKee, with Marketplace Sotheby's is the agent to call!! I gave Rich very little notice, as I had only two days in town but had very specific needs. Rich was able to secure a contract on exactly what I was looking for, and the transaction was flawless. Rich is extremely professional, knowledgeable and an amazing negotiator. I had a budget to adhere to and Rich was able to get that done for me. This is the second home purchase that we have worked with Rich, and would never consider using anyone else.

My fiance and I worked with Rich, he helped us when no one else could, I work a tight schedule, he accomadated that and fit his schedule into ours, with absolutely no pressure.. he helped us find our dream home. RICH, is awesome at what does, he went to batt for my fiancé and I ... He hit it out of the ball field with the price and deal was able to broker for us and we couldn't be any happier..
