We have worked with Rich on a home sale and a home purchase within the last 3 months. As a selling agent Rich was patient, hard-working and honest with us on what to expect and what we could get. He also gave us great advice on what we needed to do for the best sale possible. He had fantastic references for contractors, designers, photographers, etc. who were reliable and did a great job. He was strategic and always on to secure the quick sale of our house to the best offer possible. He was awesome!

As a buying agent Rich was extremely patient with us as we toured home after home after home. Rich was more than available for our questions, early morning and late night calls, weekend showings and changing needs. He was the perfect combination of smart, kind and snarky. At the end of the day we landed on the perfect home for our needs and our offer was accepted immediately. Rich was instrumental in guiding us on the best offer. We would recommend Rich to our family and friends. He’s the best!

We've bought and sold several houses in our 30+ years of marriage. This sale and purchase required a lot of patience and endurance. Even through a rollercoaster of events, Rich Thompson kept us moving. We are so thankful he was our agent during this time. He lead us well and has insight we do not possess.
