We couldn't have imagined even in our wildest dreams a better team than Richa and Molly. In this extremely challenging market we practically faced every possible road blocks. Richa not only knows her trade thoroughly, she keeps your spirits up. From finding listings ahead of time, uncovering dubious issues with properties, advising on opportunities and upgrades, networking with value add servicing and lender community, and above all maintaining a non-biased , professional and friendly disposition all through a stretch of few challenging months, this team has it all. Even after we have moved in, she continues to follow-up and advise on intricate details. We are blessed to have found them and made friends for life.

First of all let me just say this - Not All Realtors are Equal !
I have bought and sold many homes in the past several decades and I must commend the Richa and Molly Team for being the most professional, experienced and helpful realtors I have ever worked with to sell my home. Their creative ideas on how to make my home cutting edge and stand out above all the rest of the inventory out there were phenomenal. Before you sell you home with Anyone else you would be wise to just schedule an appointment with Richa and Molly and you will immediately notice the difference, the tremendous ideas, their attention to detail, and the ability to know just what people are looking for in a home these days.

Richa and Molly showcased my home and made it more marketable and then they developed just the right MLS listing to attract the right buyers because they had a true interest in my house and its unique architecture and they know the market like no other realtor that I've met ! I assure you that this team will impress you with really out of the box thinking and small changes that you can make to your home that will drive in multiple offers, over the listing price with quality clients. Quite frankly I was blown away at the results.

Richa was a pleasure to work with. Not only she has a lot of knowledge, but she is caring. She was devoted to find the right home for us based on our needs, and we were full of requests (not that easy to please :)). She doesn't hush a deal, and took the time to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our options. In the same time, we were looking for a house, she also managed to put our prior one on sale, in a timely manner. Her marketing skills, networking and eye for nice pictures helped us to sell fast! Overall, we had a great experience with her from beginning to close and highly recommend her services!
