About Richard

A thirty-five (35) year veteran of the residential and commercial real estate industry, Richard Astrella is a tried and seasoned professional with a straight forward, thorough and disciplined approach void of gamesmanship. His depth and breadth of transactional knowledge make him the ideal partner for any type of real estate undertaking.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, Richard received his Bachelors Degree in Finance from Drexel University. His professional background includes a tour of duty as an assistant to a MAI appraiser and employment with a development company that built, owned and managed office buildings and hotels along the East Coast and throughout the Midwest, in the latter he rose to the rank of CFO. He obtained his broker’s license for Pennsylvania in 2004 and received his Florida broker license in March, 2021.

Richard prides himself on a reputation built on his win-win philosophy. The best outcome is when both parties feel they’ve achieved an exceptional outcome in which all avenues to make the deal work have been fully exhausted.
