Rich grew up in South Florida and has been an avid real estate investor, broker and consultant since 1995. He graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder with a degree in Economics. A lifelong entrepreneur with a passion for technology, Rich has worked in the pharmaceutical and aviation industries in addition to real estate. As the developer of one of the first real estate web sites in the mid 90s, he continues to be actively involved in the company web site and is a frequent contributor to the company blog and other web site content. Rich enjoys spending time with his daughter as well as golf, boating, skiing and fly-fishing.

As the broker and owner of the company, one of Rich’s primary responsibilities is leading his team to maximum productivity. He is a strong believer in lifelong learning and he teaches a variety of training courses on topics ranging from the basics of real estate sales to leveraging technology in your real estate business.
