Richard Bauernfeind

Richard has over 50 years of experience in business-to-business services. Prior to moving to southern Oregon in 1979 Richard began his business career in the Twin Cities, Minnesota in 1972 as an Account Executive with KDWB Radio and then KSTP Radio. After becoming General Sales Manager for KBOY in the Medford/Ashland Market in 1980, Richard went on to serve as General Sales Manager for KRWQ (1981-1987) and General Manager for KCMX (1987-1988) and KYJC (1992-1995). In 1995 Richard launched RJB Consulting Services providing advertising, media, promotion, and sales for a variety of southern Oregon businesses including Skinner Buick, Cadillac, the Pear Blossom Festival, Southern Oregon Speedway, Heart of Medford Association, Inpho on Hold Marketing, the Directory of Business in Spanish, and others. Richard joined Coldwell Banker Commercial NW in June 2013 and then RE/MAX PLATINUM COMMERCIAL GROUP in April 2024. Richard has consistently been a top producer in his field and known for building long-term client relationships.
