While building his portfolio, Rick bought homes all over the Country and either flipped them, or have maintained a portfolio of rental properties.. As an experienced Businessman and Realtor, Rick brings the ability to ascertain value and, when necessary, negotiate.

Rick has his Degree in Accounting from Pace University in New York City.

Jodie is a graduate of Cal State/Bakersfield and has been elected to the Nevada Broadcasters Hall Of Fame.
