Richard DiFilippo

Richard has been a professional Realtor for 30 years in the Ocean City area. Originally from the Philadelphia area, Richard and his family lived in New York City with corporate careers before realizing they wanted to have a family and be near the ocean. They now live in West Ocean City.

When Richard came to the area, he wanted to invest in real estate, so he got his license. They bought a video store and a deli restaurant, which his wife operated for 15 years while he sold real estate.

He has helped hundreds of clients buy their dream home, investment, or small business. He has participated in many multi-condo new construction projects from the ground up. Richard has knowledge of the area, technical skills, and experience in real estate financing, which all benefits his clients.
