About Richard
Growing up the son of a business owner, the only employment Rich ever wanted was “self-employment.” After graduating Kean University in 1994 and gaining some valuable work experience, he ventured out on his own.

Co-founded Realty Management Services (RMS) in 1998, a New Jersey Residential Appraisal Company
Co-founded RMS Title Services in 2004, to afford clients the ease of ordering title and appraisal from one service provider.
Rich is a New Jersey State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and Licensed Title Producer. With over 15 years in real estate industry, he has wealth of experience and is still passionately learning. His valuation expertise has allowed him to train many now successful appraisers and become a profitable real estate investor as well.
Beyond his success as an entrepreneur, Rich serves as the Chairman of two Charitable Organizations; JAR of Hope and the Center for Vocational Rehabilitation. Rich is a family man, an avid NY Giants fan, enjoys playing golf, poker and competing in fitness races.
