My husband and I were referred to Rich by our lender Gary Wright through Envoy. We had total trust in Gary, so when he referred us we knew we wouldn't be disappointed. Our family was expanding and we were running against time. We needed to get out of our starter home, and into a home that would fit our family.

Right from the start Rich got busy. Came to our house sat down, got to know us as people, and was interested in what we individually wanted in a home. Naturally, it's hard for me to warm up to people. But with Rich it didn't even feel like we were doing business. Almost like chatting it up with an old friend each time. Very personable, down to earth but will be totally honest with you about what needs to be done to get you EXACTLY what you want, which I appreciate most! Selling, buying or like us where we were selling to get into another house he made the whole process super smooth!

This guy is good!! He's not your average realtor!!

When my sister passed away I needed to quickly sell her home, Rich was very kind and good at his job. He gave a lot of attention to the property I was selling and was extremely ethical. The entire experience couldn't have gone any better and I highly recommend Rich for anyone needing a realtor in Lincoln or Roseville.

My husband and I were introduced to Rich Donnell through our Lender Gary wright from Envoy Mortgage and we could not be more pleased. Rich is very knowledgeable about the home buying process which made it easier for a first time home buyer. Rich goes above and beyond and lays out everything for you step by step. His knowledge and experience really helped ease our stress through the whole process. Rich made sure our needs were met and asked us a lot of questions and gave us a lot of answers we needed to hear before buying our home. We cannot thank Rich enough for all he has done.
