Richard Francis was just who I needed to sell my House. Richard showed his knowledge of real estate by meeting with me the first time, looking at my property inside and out, and explaining what I would need to do to get my house ready to sell. Richard also researched my property and comparable properties to confirm the correct market value. Richard would also return calls promptly and have the answer to my questions. Richard to me, represents a professional, with knowledge of the business and area he serves, he had quick responses and expertise answers, and displayed a high skill of being able to Negotiate. Selling or Buying a house is stressful, Richard Francis was able to reassure me by being able to adapt to any situation and making the correct decisions. Rick was excellent to work with! The portal searches he set up for us were great and we were able to weed out quite a few properties using the information provided. He was extremely responsive through both text and email and we were generally able to see homes within 1-2 days of a request. Rick quickly learned the type of home we were looking for and was very knowledgeable on what to look for in a quality home. Richard Francis was recommended to me by a former agent I had used. He represented me in the sale of an investment property I owned, and did a wonderful job. I've worked with a good handful of agents and he really stands out. He kept good communication with me and all the other players involved. Richard really seems to excel with trouble shooting problems, we had several hiccups during the sale of my property, some were caused by me, some by the buyer and some by my tenants. He took the lead, ready with suggestions and getting the plan of action in motion. He pushed everything through and got it sorted out. I was glad to be working with him, I highly recommend him.
