Richard Hurst

Richard Hurst founded the company in 2007 and has 25 years of real estate experience and over 30 years of retail experience. Our clients will benefit from our experience, knowledge, and relationships with people involved in all phases of real estate. No client is too small as we have worked with a single store owned by a single individual to the Fortune 500 companies with locations all over the country.

Richard has been involved in every phase of the real estate industry. He has developed multi-tenant shopping centers, single tenant buildings, and has selected sites for many national retailers including JoAnn Fabrics, Rainbow Apparel, Ann Taylor, Caribou Coffee, Dairy Queen, Hardee's, Pizza Ranch, Panchero's, Sprint, Famous Dave's, Walgreens and Regis Corporation. On the Landlord side he has represented Hooter's, GE, US Realty, Excess Space Retail Services, and many local shopping center owners.
Richard is currently a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and currently serves as State Operations Chair, Restaurant and Real Estate Connections (RARE), CCIM Institute, Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors (KCRAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), and National Eagle Scout Association (NESA).
