My story starts in Northern Michigan, where I grew up, lived worked and owned a business for many years: it was where my wife Susan and I raised four amazing children. After years of skiing to help us put up with the snow, ice, sub zero temperatures, and gray skies we moved to sunny Punta Gorda. I do love Michigan summers however short, last year I believe it occurred on a Wednesday in July. After selling my business, I became a Realtor in Michigan. Upon moving South I continued in the real estate industry in the Sunshine state.

My best attribute as a Realtor is my ability to listen to you, my customer. I convert the needs, wants and wishes you are looking for in a home into a search incorporating your specifications to find a place you can make your perfect home.

If you want to sell your home, we take time to discuss the process. We will look at the strong points and the all factors that will affect the list price of the home. We will go over what needs to be done before showing the property. We will review what happens in the offer / negotiation process. Finally we will review the closing and what are the seller’s costs.
