I love helping buyers find the perfect home, and I love giving expert advice and guidance to my sellers, to help them get the most for their home and sold quickly. I have a Marketing degree and a Finance degree from Wright State University, so I'm great at helping my clients advertise their homes for sale, and I can help a buyer or seller determine if their purchase or sale meets their budget, and expectations. I am an excellent negotiator, and I do the extras to help take the guess work out of the transaction, and make it go smooth and simple. I have been a full time Realtor since 2003, and as a top producer, I have received many awards.
