After a successful thirteen years as a DOD contractor on Ft. Meade, Rich decided to focus his path on real estate. With a vast knowledge of maintenance & construction his entrance into real estate was through his own search for a fixer-upper. After three quite different house-hunting experiences, Rich knew he could offer a better option. Better customer service, patience, understanding, and wisdom. Collaborating with his wife, Lauren, they bring their clients just that, energy, strategy, and communication.

Rich knows both sides of the Chesapeake well. Having lived and worked in both Anne Arundel and Queen Anne's County, Rich enjoys the lifestyle of the Bay Area. In 2016, Rich and his wife Lauren moved their family of five to Chestertown, to pursue the charm of a small historic waterfront and rural landscapes. When Rich is not showing properties or meeting with clients, he enjoys, fishing, road trips, movies, DIY projects, and spending time with the family.
