Richard Michaels exceeded our expectations on every aspect of the home selling process. My wife and I were determined to sell our home without an agent. After 1 month of receiving very little activity from our listing and an extreme amount of requests from other agents wanting to assist us with listing the property, we met Rich. And THANK GOODNESS we did.

He used his thorough knowledge and experience within the real estate industry to explain exactly what he and his agency were going to do above and beyond what I and others could do to market our home. He was also able to list and obtain a much more reasonable offer for our home, which not only covered his commission, but still placed more cash back in our pockets too.

Rich understood our unique and challenging market, and used special techniques to deliver the results we sought in a very short time frame. I'd highly recommend Rich and his team to anyone looking to promptly sell their property.

Richard is currently our Realitor and he has been amazing with the selling and buying of our new home. I can't express enough how patient he has been with my husband and I with all of our questions along the way. He has returned late calls and has quickly responded when we needed answers. Buying a new home can be very stressfull but he has relieved that stress and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking in the future to buy a home.

His team has also been amazing, and very friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to the buying and selling process. I can't thank them enough for all they've done for us.
