Rick's career started in the consumer products industry, working his way up to Executive Vice President of a significant juvenile product and toy manufacturer. After years in that position, Rick was ready for a change. An opportunity was presented, allowing him to partner with a general contractor. This career change gave Rick an unparalleled understanding of new home construction, renovation costs, and home valuation. It became apparent over time that the world of real estate would be a great way to utilize the skills and knowledge his prior experiences provided him.
