About Richard

Dick is a Keuka Lake resident, specializing in waterfront and residential sales. He has owned property on Keuka for over 20 years. A Rochester native, Dick worked in the “Flower City” as an executive before moving to West Palm Beach, FL and then returning to NYS in 1999, when he made Keuka Lake his permanent home.
In his free time, Dick enjoys boating on Keuka Lake, motorcycling, and martial arts. Dick is very involved in the local art community. He is the past President, past Treasurer, and current board member of the Arts Center of Yates County. In addition, he was the Treasurer and board member for the Keuka Arts Festival.
Dick became a broker and co-owner of Nothnagle Realtors, Hometown Choice in 2011. Nothnagle Realtors, HTC (now the Howard Hanna Lake Group) is the #1 office in the surrounding Keuka Lake area in terms of real estate sales. Dick’s accolades include selling the most expensive Keuka Lake view home in history (as per MLS), receiving annual GRAR Sales Master Awards, and consistently ranking as a top performer in his market.
