Richard is a licensed Real Estate Associate Broker in the state of Arizona and has a long standing reputation of being professional, ethical, and honest in his real estate practices. Having worked in contracting, project management, and construction insurance, his broad expertise is advantageous when dealing with first-time home purchases or complicated multi-transaction deals. He also brings to the company a strong background in negotiation and communication skills which results in a "Win-Win" situation for clients.

With 23 years in sales and management for both corporate and private companies, Heidi exhibits solid quality customer service, leadership, and integrity. She is driven to provide excellent service for you, and committed to the highest level of professionalism.

Heidi was born in Phoenix, AZ and has resided primarily in Arizona. After graduating from the University of Arizona with a BA in Education, she discovered her desire to work with people and put them first. She pursued sales and professional education fields which proved very fulfilling, most recently with the Humboldt Unified School District. Her past volunteer work with Horses with Heart, Friends of the Library, and Dewey-Humboldt Historical Society has kept her connected to the local community.
