Richard Rochte

Rick is an Associate Broker and has been licensed in Michigan real estate since 1989. Also, a licensed residential builder since 1995, his experience and knowledge of residential real estate is unequaled. Helping guide his clients to a stress-free closing is what Rick does every day. He attended Wayne State University in Detroit where he studied chemistry and geology and is a strong advocate for the City and its neighboring communities.
