When my mother-in-law could no longer live independently, we began the task of looking for an agent to sell her home. Our criteria were; a track record of sell homes in the area, strong work ethics and morals, and a good social media presence, being bi-lingual was a bonus. I was selling my father's house as the executor of his estate. Living out of town and trying to manage the sale of the house was a pretty stressful prospect. Richard was referred to us by a friend. From the first time I called him, he completely put me at ease.
